Vox performed the Wailin' Jennys classic
"One Voice" at its debut concert, Oct. 5,
2018. This was the first song of the show,
and it introduced the idea of the three
women's voices emerging one by one.
This a cappella version of the George
Michael hit features the women letting
loose with some bluesy, soaring vocals.
Pink Floyd's lead guitarist David Gilmour
wrote this poignant song back in the 1980s,
and the lyrics are more true today than
ever:
Just a world that we all must share
it's not enough just to stand and stare
is it only a dream that there'll be
no more turning away
